Meghan Markle's mom, Doria Ragland, is reportedly taking granny lessons, and this has fueled rumors that the new royal is expecting.
According to James Ingham of Daily Star, the mother of the former "Suits" star "has been taking specialist coaching from experts at a parenting centre in Los Angeles. One of the few things Ragland learned are the basic nannying skills."
The insider told Ingham that two of the teachers working with Markle's mom are Brandi and Hannah from the Cradle Company. She has learned a variety of things including breastfeeding, lactation consultancy, baby care, CPR and first aid. Her course also includes sleep training, weaning and helping new moms with recovery. Ragland apparently trains half an hour away from her home to avoid attracting unwanted attention.
The Duchess of Sussex reportedly wants to avoid hiring staff if possible when she welcomes her firstborn. Instead, she wants her mother to move to the U.K. and take on the role of the baby's nurse. Ragland seems to be excited and ready for her new role as she already specializes in prenatal yoga.
News about Ragland taking granny lessons only intensifies the rumors that Marke and Prince Harry are expecting their first child. Last week, the couple stepped out together and the duchess looked great in her blue dress, but many noticed that her breasts and stomach appeared bigger than usual. These fans took to Twitter to air their opinion about Markle's alleged pregnancy.
"Her breast seems bigger and she appears to have a little bump," one fan commented.
"Saw it too," another user agreed.
"And I think she is pregnant," Ayesha Abbasi wrote.
Also, it has been reported that Ragland has been doing secret visits to Prince Harry's wife. Although the reason was reportedly due to her feud with her dad, some couldn’t help but suspect that Markle is already pregnant.
Meanwhile, National Health Services guidelines suggest that Prince Harry and Markle wait until their overseas trip are done because extensive travel schedule in the first few months increases risks of miscarriage. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are set to fly to Australia in October for the 2018 Invictus Games and they are expected to be busy for the said engagement.
